SELLER'S GUIDE: MAKE YOUR MOVE
Step 1: Engage a Realtor® with expertise in your market to develop a customized sales strategy based on your unique circumstances. Establish asking price informed by a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA). Compile list of improvements during ownership.

Step 2: Make Your Home "Camera Ready." Declutter, depersonalize, stage (as needed) and photograph. Approve print and digital marketing material developed by your Realtor® showcasing your home. Establish timeline for going to market or approach if considering a private/off-market sale.

Step 3: Market & Show Your Property. Conduct multi-platform marketing campaign showcasing your home targeting prospective buyers where they live, work and play. Arrange private showings and consider need for Open House and/or private Broker preview.

Step 4: Offer Negotiations. Align on approach for offer consideration with your Realtor®, receive offers, negotiate as needed.
Step 5: Contract Negotiation. Accept offer, engage real estate attorney to craft a Residential Real Estate Sales Agreement, send to buyer's attorney. Address home inspection concerns. Sign contract & await contingencies to be released.

Step 6: Appraisal & Buyer Property Visits. Provide access for a certified Real Estate Appraiser to conduct an appraisal to determine your property's market value. Allow buyer periodic access to your home, accompanied by his/her Realtor®, as agreed upon per your final Real Estate Sales Agreement.

Step 6: Complete Repairs & Closing. Complete any agreed upon repairs pursuant to the home inspection, sign closing documents with your attorney, receive funds - transfer ownership to the buyer.

Step 7: Make Your Move! Coordinate moving details, cancel or transfer accounts to new homeowner.
